Amazon Video is seeking a creative, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial Principal Sales Specialist to drive monetization efforts for a nascent video program. Our ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in sales and/or business development. You will act as a strategic and consultative partner to assigned categories to develop and sell brand integrations for our livestreaming business. You will play a critical role in the expansion of our program, developing levers to scale and guiding product development on prioritization. In partnership with internal teams, you will guide product innovation through thorough understanding and representation of customer and industry trends/needs to ensure our brand offering continues to provide a powerful and differentiated value. Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Lead Brand Ambassador post sales:
Develop customer success program to ensure high bar in all brand integrations
Identify, prioritize, and execute initiatives for product, process and measurement improvements.
Evangelize and sell brand integrations
Develop category strategy
Measure satisfaction and propensity to renew
Drive engineering requirements
Own 'voice of the customer' inputs to engineering
