TRAVEL: Up to 20%

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

A Senior Solution Consultant within our Law and Justice Professional Services Practice will work closely with our customers to understand their requirements and configure our software solutions to meet customer needs. The Senior Solution Consultant should have a deep understanding of the product and software process being implemented for our customers and be able to speak about how the solution should work and how it relates to the customer's business processes. The Senior Solution Consultant is accountable for the successful implementation of customer solutions and will regularly interact with internal and external stakeholders. The Senior Solution Consultant works with other Solution Consultants, partners, and the Project Manager to oversee program delivery.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consults with customers to understand their business process.

• Documents business processes and translates the process to the software functionality.

• Assists customers with software installation.

• Configures software to meet the customer's needs.

• Writes and maintains documentation to describe program's implementation process as well as training documentation.

• Creates test transactions and runs tests to find errors and confirm program meets specifications.

• Provides technical assistance by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or questions with program.

• Establishes and maintains customer relationship throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• Creates and conducts training for administrators and/or end users.

• Understand contract requirements and adhere to contracted scope.

• Sets the long-term vision for the solution and project to ensure end user adoption.

• Coordinates and supports user acceptance testing.

• Facilitates internal and external (customer) meetings.

• Conducts remote and/or on-site customer training.

• Mentors junior Solution Consultants.

• Works with Project Manager to ensure project success in the realms of scope, cost and time.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):

• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of software/IT consulting experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):

• 5+ years of consulting experience with government or court projects.
