We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in contributing to the development of software solutions. This position involves hands-on coding, problem resolution, cross-team collaboration, and active participation in the software development lifecycle. A day in the life!
You will be responsible for the following:
Performing all commercial software development duties, including but not limited to technical design, coding, and unit testing so that high quality commercial software releases are delivered to clients in a predictable and consistent schedule according to WellSky development processes
Collaborating with solutions team(s) to define requirements, conducting analysis, and solving problems on a single product/service
Preparing technical documentation, conducting, and participating in code reviews to ensure that commercial software code meets internal standards and follows industry best practices and the highest quality
Offering technical direction and guidance to other product development team members and assisting in managing development environments as well as installing and configuring commercial products

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant work experience
4-6 years related work experience
Proficient in .NET/.NET Core

Preferred Qualifications:
Terraform or other configuration as code tools experience
Cloud platform experience (GCP,AWS or Azure)
Mobile application development and publishing experience
Healthcare industry experience
