Infogroup is looking for top talent to join our dynamic and innovative team. We are currently seeking a Sr.

Software Engineer to join our Marshfield, WI office.This position is responsible for designing, developing, testing, maintaining and/or deploying business application software or specialized utility programs. This position is also responsible for writing and maintaining code, analyzing systems, coordinating project efforts and supporting a diverse range of applications.

Essential Job Functions:
1.Review business needs to develop software solutions.
2.Work with programmers and analysts to code and test software features to provide software enhancements.
3.Analyze, develop, implement and support applications or program components. Suggest improvements for products and processes.
4.Conduct analysis of systems and programs, including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problems.
5.Provide technical leadership and coaching to team members as well as solutions to complex software development problems.
6.Conduct code reviews in accordance with department standards.
7.Create and update documentation throughout the development lifecycle to aid in maintenance and code reuse.
8.Interact with key partners and internal users regarding timelines, technical issues, and infrastructure integration.
9.Develop strong working relationships with managers and analysts.
10. Provide leadership in the design and implementation of an array of applications.
11. Understand and work with data in with varying degrees of complexity and scale.
12. Translate client needs into functional programs that produce desired results.
13. Provide technical guidance on usage of systems.
14. Support systems and operations as needed.

Responsibilities The Technical Services Manager assures all mechanical and electrical plant equipment is maintained and is in good operating condition to minimize downtime, optimize production, machine up-time, and facilitate smooth on-schedule quality production. This position implements preventative maintenance programs, meets maintenance cost and up-time goals, pre-qualifies contractors and administers contracts for equipment installation and maintenance. * Establish priorities and schedules resources for all plant * Identify root cause of downtime events and implement sustainable corrective action * Drives a corporate culture that focuses on facts, tangible results and behaviors * Establish and monitor plant-wide preventive maintenance program * Leads plant engineering and maintenance staff * Maintain a safe and secure work environment * Manages team performance to drive business results * Work with vendors to source/coordinate plant project needs * Achieves MRO financial objectives by developing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing use of available assets * Manages inventory of supplies and spare parts for maintenance repairs * Ensures efficient utilization of plant personnel and * Oversees the process of scheduling and coordinating maintenance repairs * Prioritize jobs in order to meet production requirements and other department needs * Oversees installation of any equipment * Develops and implements with Plant Manager an annual operating plan * Behaves continuously and consistently with desired Masonite Mprove values, and characteristics * Facilitates meetings effectively * Identifies and resolves issues professionally and in a timely manner * Keeps abreast of emerging technology and industry practices * Leads plant engineering efforts on CapEx projects * Must be self-motivated * Ability to work independently and in a team environment * Excellent organizational skills * Demonstrated leadership * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Competent in the use of Microsoft Suite and ERP software * Proven analytical skills * Drive a change management culture * Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams * Hands-on ability and willingness to troubleshoot * Electrical background and PLC experience preferred (Allen-Bradley PLC experience highly desired) * Must have a demonstrated working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and controls Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field * Minimum of 5 years' experience managing in a manufacturing maintenance department direct reports * Strong experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs * A certification as a Six Sigma Lean Green Belt is desired * Mechanical aptitude * Kaizen and 5-S experience highly desired * Experience with maintenance management software including inventory, work-order system, and MRO #VIZI# #CB #VIZI# Masonite International Corporation Marshfield WI
