Your Opportunity: Software Engineer Senior 1

What You'll Do (Primary Responsibilities):

• Provide technical leadership and expertise for related development of supported applications (Salesforce - Experience Cloud and Service Cloud, NetSuite NetCRM, DocuSign, Data integrators: Boomi and Vertify).

• Be one of the primary developers who will provide support and troubleshooting of issues related to the applications we support.

• Be responsible for managing and moving changes between system environments (Development QA Production)

• Become skilled at using the development and system related tools (WebStorm, VS Code, GitHub, Gearset, SFDX CLI, Boomi, Own…)

• Work directly with stakeholder/business owners to determine business, functional and technical requirements and participate in solution design, configuration, development, testing and deployment

• Proactively engage in continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and development efforts.

• Perform configuration and customization of supported applications.

• Produce quality documentation describing all solutions implemented

Your Team:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work on an Agile development team providing support, building, testing and deploying enhancements for the third-party applications we support. These appliciations include: Customer-facing Salesforce Community Site (Experience Cloud & Service Cloud), NetSuite NetCRM, DocuSign, Boomi and Vertify connector integrations, as well as custom APIs and RESTlets. This position will provide support, along with the rest of our team, for all technical aspects of our applications, including data integration, data quality, data backup, systems integrations, configuration and all custom code (including APIs, RESTlets).

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or Engineering field

• 4+ years previous development experience with a common programming language (Java, .Net, APEX, SuiteScript…)

• Solid understanding of working with cloud based applications (Salesforce, NetSuite, DocuSign)

• Proficiency in Web Components, HTML (CSS), XML, JavaScript, SQL/SOQL, Java.

• Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON and XML, …)

• Experience working with source control and continuous integration (preferably GitHub)

• Willingness to learn new scripting languages as needed (Apex, SuiteScript,…) to be able to support existing and future applications.

Our Offer to You:

Target Annual Compensation Range: $117,250-167,500. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, education, training, and experience, as well as the position's work location.
