WHAT YOU'LL DO: * Provides service and support for distribution channels, responding to questions regarding products and processes, trouble-shooting error situations as needed to ensure producers have the support necessary to maintain strong relationships with their clients. Contributes to retention through promotion and maintenance of positive relationships with producers. Identifies and assists in the resolution of various product and technology issues or concerns. * Processes and enters information related to the establishment and maintenance of client accounts and facilitates other operational processes in support of MOIS business activities. * Reviews and oversees security processes based on the requirements of the Written Supervisory Procedures. Follows up on inconsistencies or issues, recommends potential solutions and ensures timely adherence. * Monitors daily work to identify inconsistencies and notifies management when appropriate. * Coordinates the distribution of security related documents and/or activities to the appropriate area. Monitors responses to ensure areas take appropriate actions within the effective date/time frame. * Participates in project activities initiated to enhance customer satisfaction, corporate profitability, productivity and/or quality. * Develops an in-depth understanding of the clearing platform operating systems and can provide support and recommendations to customers regarding system functionality. * Review and process trade requests through clearing platform. You listen courageously and remain curious in all that you do. * You are able to work remotely and have access to high-speed internet. * Registration as a FINRA General Securities Representative within the shorter timeframe of 120 days or after three attempts at the Series 7 exam; Series 7 or Series 1 * Registration as a FINRA General Securities Principal within the shorter timeframe of 120 days or after three attempts at the Series 24 exam; Series 24 or Series 9/10 * Eligible to be bonded and remain bonded. * Ability to work efficiently in pressure situations and demonstrate a high level of flexibility in a rapidly changing environment. * Ability to work independently and handle multiple and diverse complex assignments/projects simultaneously * Knowledge of personal computers and software applications. * Strong keyboarding and data entry skills. * Considerable knowledge of securities and/or insurance laws, federal and state government laws/regulations * Strong planning, organization, and decision-making skills. * Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. * Strong analytical ability and judgement. VALUABLE EXPERIENCE: * Registration as an Investment Advisor Representative. * Registration as a Municipal Securities Principal (Series 53).
