Job Description

The Sr ServiceNow Developer/Architect is responsible for building and maintaining internal and external facing mobile device friendly ServiceNow modules using client-side browser technologies. It's important that candidates have a strong background in building mobile friendly, scalable, high-quality, high-performing ServiceNow modules, along with strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform day to day support and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform

  • Develop and support API, REST, SOAP integration enhancements in ServiceNow

  • Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of the ServiceNow platform

  • Advise teams on design, development and overall ServiceNow best practices

  • Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of each

  • Create and configure UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc. in ServiceNow

  • Develop ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript

  • Develop data services in ServiceNow to integrate ServiceNow with legacy applications and core applications

  • Work with functional and administrator teams to deliver automated workflow solutions in ServiceNow

Experience and Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience performing ServiceNow analysis and application development or similar responsibility

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Project, On-Call Scheduling etc.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field

  • Prior experience participating in the full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and promotion into Production

  • Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features

  • Strong web development skills to include the following languages HTML, XML, JavaScript etc.

  • Strong development skills to support API, REST, SOAP integrations

  • Experience developing and configuring ServiceNow modules: Performance Analytics, Orchestration, PPM, CMDB, GRC etc. a plus

  • Strong analytical capabilities coupled with business acumen needed to proactively solve problems facing the organization

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION The Site Communicator of Nuclear Communications is responsible for planning and executing internal and external communications programs and activities in support of the Manager of Nuclear Communications, based on policies and programs outlined by the Lead of Nuclear Communications. PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES * Ensure effective communication of corporate goals and initiatives to employees. * Support and participate in nuclear fleet and corporate communications programs and initiatives. * Develop strong working relationship with local press. * Produce accurate, compelling, and editorially proficient written communications. * Manage a variety of communication tasks to support leadership, including talking points, short presentations, and online messages. * Handle all logistics to implement nuclear communication plans. * Manage and ensure effectiveness of community relations activities. * Support station emergency plan.
