WHAT YOUR ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
The Sr Service Delivery Specialist serves as a Jira Administrator and is a versatile professional who combines technical expertise with problem-solving abilities to ensure the seamless functioning of Hallmark's IT Project Portfolio Management tools & process. They play a pivotal role in supporting operations and driving technological advancements within the organization by configuring & maintaining project management tools to support the organization's processes & workflows. The specialist is essential in enabling teams to leverage technology effectively, streamline processes, and enhance overall productivity.
Key responsibilities include:
Process & Tools: Enable the use and adherence to the standardized SDLC methodology, Lean/Agile processes, and tools that support alignment and integration to strategy across programs/projects for the PMO.
Tool Configuration & Maintenance: configure & maintain tools to align with organizational processes & workflows by collaborating with stakeholders & monitoring tool performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration: partner with stakeholders on new & existing requests of the toolkit roadmaps, translate business requirements into technical specifications, design solutions that optimize workflows and processes, and train end users on best practices.
Quality Assurance and Security: Ensure that tools adhere to quality & security standards and best practices. Conduct comprehensive testing to meet quality and performance standards. Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems from potential threats and vulnerabilities.
Reporting & Dashboards: configure & maintain reporting & dashboards to enhance data-driven decision making amongst leaders & teams.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Agile collaboration and project management tools in the Atlassian suite: JIRA, Confluence
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and process frameworks
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to adapt communication techniques to different teams
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay up to date with industry trends
Experience creating reports & dashboards using Microsoft Power Apps & Power BI
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Technical aptitude
