Our client, a $1B+ Solutions Integrator for the Enterprise and Government Sectors, is expanding throughout Northern California.

You will have the opportunity to

As a Senior Security Engineer you will be providing consultative solutions to State and Local Governments through deployments, upgrades, training and mentoring,

  • You will work directly with clients and responds to security incidents and remediate if needed to mitigate any security vulnerabilities.
  • Troubleshooting security-related issues with common networking protocols and performance issues across distributed segmented network infrastructures

Successful candidates will have a solid foundation and experience with one of the following technologies

  • Sr Level expertise administering/maintaining/migrating perimeter security systems and managed security device platforms including IDS and firewalls around technologies includingCisco ISE, AMP, Firepower, ASA, Palo Alto, F5, Checkpoint
  • Strong understanding of network principles related to TCP/IP; BGP, OSPF, MPLS,
  • Good working knowledge in VPN technologies and security protocols like IPsec, ISAKMP, SSL, PKI, RADIUS, TACACS, EAP, LDAP
  • Advanced Certifications are highly desired, including CCIE

Responsible for driving sales growth through existing accounts at all field levels of assigned channel partner. This position will support our Contractor Equipment Division (CED) in Rogers, MN. At CED our product line meets the needs of painting and general contractors, and includes airless, air and gas-powered sprayers, line stripers, pressure washers, and roofing equipment (http://bit.ly/1zMGRDu). Increased Graco penetration within assigned home center channel partner 3. Effective account management at district, market, and regional levels - including key stores as required 4. Product knowledge and training for distribution channel personnel, paint company representatives, store service personnel and others as required 5. Develop sales to end users by conducting store clinics, attending contractor events, etc. 6. Development of independent service centers to support channel product sales 7. Communication and administration 8. Expense management Essential Duties Responsible for overall management and development of assigned accounts to support business growth goals. * Call on and develop a good working relationship with divisional, regional and district-level account personnel, in-store service organizations and key material suppliers of assigned channel partner. * Monitor regional, district, and store-level channel partner sales and inventory through electronic and store-level means. Identify and investigate anomalous trends to determine solutions and best practices. * Keep divisional, regional, district-level, and key-store personnel updated on new product information, promotions and product features and benefits. Monitor execution. * Oversee / monitor merchandising and displays of existing product line, new product rollouts and new store set-ups. Work closely with service group management and/or product service associates to ensure sound execution. * Complete special assignments related to new product introductions, market development, distribution evaluation and other areas as required. * Monitor and report competitive activity * Conduct in-store demonstrations at key stores on products and applications to educate store employees and end users. * In-store sales efforts will occur in major markets at highest potential accounts / store locations. * Conduct formal product knowledge seminars upon customer request * Identify, establish and maintain a network of independent service centers within the defined territory to service customer base. Provide training and sales support as required. * Develop and submit time and territory plans that support the marketing plan as required by Sr. National Account Manager. * Maintain demo equipment and expense accounts within defined limits. * Submit timely and complete reports, including activity and expense records. * Set the standard for professionalism for Graco's field sales force and serve as a positive example of production and ethical standards. * Other duties as assigned. Position Requirements * Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing or equivalent. * 2 - 3 years outside sales experience in painting product markets or home center/hardware distribution. * Effective training and coaching skills. * Effective oral, written and presentation skills. * Demonstrated ability to deal effectively at all organizational levels, both internal and external. * Demonstrated leadership and professionalism. * Demonstrated mechanical aptitude. * Proven ability to work successfully without close supervision. * Ability to develop and/or apply in-depth understanding of the marketplace and competition. * Basic computer competency; familiar with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, or equivalent applications. * Ability to travel.
