Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for the forecasting and capacity planning. This requires creating and managing the models for multiple diverse work types and functions. Reviews and trends key metrics such as ASA, AHT, membership, productivity, at work/on prod, attrition, volume mix, on-shore vs. off-shore and the respective staffing requirements. Reviews results monthly, providing strategic direction on how to best leverage the staff going forward, provides recommendations on new hire, skill conversion and up-training needs. Understands skill sets, staff tenure, ramp time, and up-training requirements across functions and their impacts to resource needs; and is able to provide direction and solutions on how best to use staff in both excess and shortfall situations. Consistently ties recommendations to the respective budget and financial impacts to the organization. This position is also responsible for identifying ways to improve the capacity planning modeling approach, find operational efficiencies, and improve cost margins. Responsible for ensuring that our Workforce Management outcomes enable proactive, accurate and timely business decisions, and provides transparency into what levers can be pulled to maximize opportunity with the excess/shortfalls in staff.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree and 2 years of experience analyzing workforce data and making scheduling recommendations on staffing OR 6 years of experience analyzing workforce data and making scheduling recommendations on staffing.

  • Experience with Workforce Management software (scheduling, performance tracking, reporting)

  • Interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

  • PC experience to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Blue Card Experience.

  • Blue Chip experience.

  • Ability to travel.

This position can be located in any HCSC office

VIEW JOBS 2/5/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-05-05T00:00 PRIMARY PURPOSE This position supports and maintains the core HRIS systems for DMG, primarily ADP. Will act as a technical resource for assigned functional areas and be a subject matter expert ensuring data integrity, troubleshooting and resolving system issues. Will liaison with the vendor, ADP, and partner with IT to deliver requirements for new modules or enhancements, to test and implement solutions, and to support mass update processes. Responsible for maintenance and enhancement of system configuration. Develops and deploys recurring and/or ad hoc reports as needed. Will be involved with system upgrades, testing, and projects as assigned.        MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES * System Support & Maintenance * Serves as HRIS functional team expert providing expertise and support across the HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Talent Management, Time and Payroll components * Maintains HR system configuration tables in ADP applications * Independently investigates and analyzes system problems of all levels of complexity and develops and implements solutions in partnership with functional clients, the system vendor and IT * Responsible for security setup and maintenance for the ADP application * Develops and maintains HRIS-related procedures to ensure consistent use and maintenance of the systems * Trains and coaches super users/subject matter experts on the appropriate use of the assigned applications/modules * Maintains end user training documentation and job aids as needed * Independently troubleshoot system issues of all complexity levels * Partners with HR System vendor to review, test and prepare for new features and enhancements * Reporting * Creates and maintains standard reports across the various ADP modules and responds to data requests for ad hoc reports. Reports will range from simple listings up to highly complex reports using advanced reporting tools and techniques * Maintain existing, and create new management reporting dashboards based on business requests * Research and anticipate new reporting needs based on knowledge of DMG business initiatives as well as by staying informed on HR and Healthcare industry trends * Implement HRIS Initiatives and Recurring Activities * Independently consults with clients to understand business case for changes, process improvements, interfaces or enhancements; evaluates needs; documents scope and objectives, work with clients to test and implement approved changes * Leads small to medium-scale projects from conception to implementation * Data Maintenance * Manage and support the uploading of mass data changes within the various support systems, including template setup and establishment of processes to support data changes * Responsible for running ad hoc processes * Run audits and correct issues found, striving for elimination of issue at source rather than relying on back-end corrections SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT SCOPE * No direct reports, but will train, mentor and oversee work of junior staff MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Level of Education * Bachelor's degree required Years of Experience * 7 years in HRIS roles with 5 years in an HRIS Analyst or Senior HRIS Analyst role Describe Type of Experience * Experience supporting major vendor HR ERP -- ADP Vantage preferred * Has used multiple report writing tools and/or experienced with SQL * Experience in 2 or more upgrades or implementations MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSA) * Knowledge of HR Systems, data entry and data maintenance * Skilled in use of reporting tools * Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills * Customer service experience and skills * Ability to multi-task and stay organized * Project management experience a plus * Process improvement experience a plus ABOUT DUPAGE MEDICAL GROUP Join one of the fastest-growing healthcare teams in Chicagoland and experience what superior care and innovation is all about.
