Sr. SAP SCM Functional Consultant

Location: Remote with limited travel to Customer Locations

Role Overview:

The seasoned SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Management (SCM) Senior Consultant will be at the forefront of helping with the deployment of an advanced supply chain solutions within the SAP S/4HANA landscape. Your expertise in Materials Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Extended Warehouse Management will be pivotal in enhancing our customer's supply chain efficiency and effectiveness. You'll play a critical role in the business and technology transformation of integrated SAP OTC processes and helping ensure a seamless flow of data and operations across the business. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and SAP configuration, along with the ability to develop and deliver comprehensive training material using SAP EnableNow or uPerform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA-based supply chain solutions, focusing on Materials Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Extended Warehouse Management.

• Analyze the SAP S/4HANA SCM applications and solution and translate them into effective OCM communication SAP SCM strategies and configurations.

• Understand the delivered SAP SCM processes and the integration with other SAP modules such as FI, CO, SD, PP, and MDG, fostering inter-departmental synergy and operational coherence.

• Work with the business users to understand the optimization of supply chain processes through the delivered SAP S/4HANA solutions, supporting the overall business efficiency and productivity.

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality SAP training materials using tools like SAP EnableNow or uPerform to enhance user adoption and proficiency.

• Support Organization Change Management (OCM) activities as it relates to business process and technology transformation activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP SCM and two (2) end-to-end life cycle implementation / roll outs in SAP S/4HANA in the SCM process area

• Profound expertise in SAP SCM processes, including Materials Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Extended Warehouse Management within the wholesale distribution and discrete manufacturing industries.

• Demonstrated experience or integration knowledge between SAP Supply Chain Management modules (MM, IM, EWM) with other SAP modules like FI, CO, SD, PP, and MDG.

• Proven ability to develop and deliver effective SAP training materials using SAP EnableNow or uPerform.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for consulting and stakeholder management.

• Strong experience in developing and delivering training materials using SAP EnableNow or uPerform.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

• SAP certifications in relevant modules are highly desirable.

The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $122,800.00 to $171,920.00 USD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
