DESCRIPTION OF PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
The SAP Change Management Manager (CMM) with minimum 6 to 8 years within the SAP environment. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on role that both contributes to and coordinates the daily operations of a SAP focused group through development, and delivery of a new greenfield SAP S4/Hana implementation for an established manufacturing company.
The right candidate will serve as the SAP Change Management Manager on a dedicated mixed team of business and technical experts from other areas of the business working in conjunction with SAP system integrators. This position will assist the team in establishing an effective and efficient change management strategy to include:
Develop and execute a comprehensive and integrated change management strategy
Strategic and proactively work with divergent stakeholders
Identify change agents and promote change adoption
Ensure successful implementation of new processes, products and business strategies, while minimizing negative outcomes
Develop a strategy that provides guidance and coaching on issues related to organization design, culture, behavior, change management, change leadership and all organization development activities to support business strategy and change initiatives
Use, design and promote Change Management toolsets
Plan, design, organize, execute and coordinate training efforts for S/4 HANA project deployment.
Training of internal business process owners on change management process.
Develop detailed functional and test plans for various SAP areas: FI, SD, MM, WM
Plan, design, organize and deploy training for end users prior to S/4 HANA Go Live
Evaluate change management tools and recommend most appropriate tool(S).
Work with business process owners on functional and process testing.
Create documentation for business processes and be the lead on creation of user training.
Manage and participate in all SAP business implementation processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate complex technical ideas with business and company leadership.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: (IF APPLICABLE, SHOW TYPE OF DEGREE OR DIPLOMA AND MAJOR FIELD)
Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, MIS or other business discipline from a four-year college or university.
1 years' experience as a Change Management Manger with SAP S4/Hana a plus
5 years' experience as a SAP Change Management Manager.
Strong experience with the development and implementation of training and change management processes
The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP within a manufacturing environment.
Strong organizational skills along with good interpersonal skills.
Must be an effective problem solver.
