Sr Salesforce Developer

REMOTE / USA

Contract ( 3+ Years)

The successful candidate will be able to design technical architecture solutions that span multiple Salesforce products and include integration and authentication across systems; solves complex, large-scale business challenges to produce secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions that maximize the full potential of the Salesforce Platform.

Articulate design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, and recommendations for technical architecture.

  • Lead in the development and implementation of new Salesforce-based solutions.

  • Map business requirements to system/technical requirements

  • Recommend best practice solution designs based on client business needs

  • Is instrumental in leading the roadmap to implement multiple different Salesforce technologies, like Experience cloud, Sales cloud, Service cloud (Lightening, Omnichannel ), Knowledge, Einstein

  • Collaborate with Functional team to determine how best to implement solution

  • Escalation Point for technical issues.

  • Solution components that are outside of the Salesforce platform: - Expert platform knowledge

  • Security

  • Integration (including a technology/not just) and data Migration

  • End to End Technical Solutions

  • Play TA role on projects: typically, on more than 1 project at a time.

Basic Qualifications:

A minimum of 4 years of experience creating the technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations

A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 10 years work experience).

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies

  • Significant CRM experience with deep, hands-on experience on the Salesforce Platform.

  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect .com and other certifications, required

  • Very strong work ethic with a customer service focus

  • 5 years of consulting experience preferred;

  • Able to present to executive level audience

  • Ability to quickly adapt to change and approach problems with a flexible mind-set

  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent leadership and management skills
