Job Duties:

Build custom solutions with Apex programming as needed. Design Visualforce pages based on business flow.

Maintain system training library with the latest knowledge articles. Document system configuration and administrative processes. Create complex reports and dashboards within Salesforce.

Design and manage the execution of test plans to ensure a quality solution is delivered. Assist in testing of new features. Assist with security setup related to authentication (2FA, Risk based authentication, SAML/OAUTH), authorization, encryption, data protection, threat prevention, and remediation.

Conduct architectural review and code review. Implementation of Salesforce App exchange apps and thorough understanding of the platform integration.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related field of study and six years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Applicants must have three years of experience with: Integrating Salesforce with third-party tools and Appexchange products, including Apttus, Qvidian, Nintex, DocGen, and SAP; Integrating Salesforce with other applications via real-time (synchronously and asynchronously) and batch with middleware tools, including MuleSoft or Boomi; Creating and managing complex workflow rules, data validation, process builders, flows, triggers, Apex, Visual Force, SOQL, Permission sets and User roles; Security concepts and technologies related to authentication (2FA, Risk based authentication, or SAML/OAUTH), authorization, encryption, data protection, threat prevention, and remediation; Release management, change management, and Knowledge on release management tools, including GearSet; and Salesforce configuration management.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related field of study and six years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

Focused on helping to build capabilities for a RO-APM (Radiation Oncology Alternative Payment Model). Supports the team's operating priorities/score card and expands the virtual dosimetry program. This role is based on Houston, TX, but will consider those working from home if they have exceptional experiences and skills. There is about 25% travel for this role. Position requires supporting the strategy and execution for alternative payment models (APMs) for radiation oncology (RO) across The US Oncology Network sites of service. This will require strong excel analytics and power point presentation skills. The position also leads our distributed dosimetry (DD) program expansion and P&L oversight reporting directly to the VP or Radiation & Imaging. The position is accountable to do an annual strategic review of the Radiation & Imaging business and advise the Vice President of setting annual business priorities and maintaining the business scorecard with support to other team members on special assignments as needed. SUMMARY: Develops the organization's strategic plan(s) to ensure its continued successful growth and profitability. Conducts environmental scans, organization positioning analyses and other studies. Identifies, investigates, evaluates and negotiates acquisitions/divestitures, licensing opportunities and strategic business alliances that are in line with the organization's long-range goals. CAREER LEVEL DESCRIPTION: Supervises, monitors and co-ordinates the daily activities of staff in an assigned work area in similar or related disciplines.
