Sr Salesforce Business Intelligence Developer

We're actively seeking a talented Sr Salesforce Business Intelligence Developer to join our team in Newport Beach, CA or Omaha NE. This role is hybrid. We believe in empowering our employees to get work done both in and out of the office.

As part of our team, you'll be responsible for the Salesforce database and user experience for IRSG. You'll also train internal IRSG team members and key stakeholders in utilizing the Salesforce CRM. Additionally, your role involves creating and maintaining reports and dashboards for the IRSG organization, as well as collaborating with Marketing to utilize Salesforce for creating marketing campaigns.

How you'll help move us forward:

Salesforce Platform (60%)

• Configure and build the Salesforce platform to enable the IRSG sales process with input from internal and external stakeholders.

• Work with key internal and external stakeholders in building the IRSG instance for Salesforce.

• Build workflow management for all of the IRSG products in Salesforce.

• Track the status of the transaction through the various phases of pre and post-sale.

• Test functionality before rollout.

• Build dashboards and reporting within Salesforce for the IRSG team to make data-driven business decisions.

• Provide early insights to all stakeholders.

• Train the team, develop and document training guides, and obtain feedback from the IRSG team for pre and post-sale functions.

• Manage operational function of Salesforce pertaining to user access and profiles.

• Manage migration of data from spreadsheets and old databases into Salesforce.

• Continually look and implement process efficiencies and streamline the Salesforce experience.

• Work closely with Marketing for Salesforce marketing campaigns.

Reporting within Salesforce (30%)

• Provide product and department level reports for internal reporting:

• Monthly Sales Reports

• Quarterly Business Review

• Early trends and pipeline reporting

• Coordinate and provide reports to external requestors:

• LIMRA

• Consultant quarterly sales requests

• Assist and contribute to ad hoc projects as assigned by Manager, Director, Sr. Director or VP. (10%)

The experience you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance or related field.

• 5 years experience with Salesforce configuration and administration.

• 5 years experience in the insurance industry (preferred).

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, presentation and leadership skills.

• Computer proficient in Excel and MS Word, Salesforce.

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$108,000.00 - $132,000.00
