Sr. Salesforce Admin

All Roads Company, with 1000 employees across 50 locations in 11 states, is searching for an on-site Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team in Dundalk, MD! In this fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for development, integration, functionality, and management of Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all elements of Salesforce environment with approximately 150 users. Demonstrated strong knowledge with Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.

• Solutions Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives. Provide input on business processes and translate them into technical solutions looking for opportunities to enable continuous improvement. Create custom objects, fields, Lightning Record Pages, Lightning Apps to capture display data.

• Development: Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components and other development tools. Experience building Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Flows to automate business processes.

• Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other systems such as CDK Drive, VitalEdge IntelliDealer, and external databases using API's and middleware platforms like Azure Data Factory.

• Testing & Documentation: Develop in Sandboxes and perform unit testing of custom solutions. Create and maintain technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing. Deploy releases between orgs using changesets to ensure a smooth transition to production.

• Direct the work of third-party Salesforce developer as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or other relevant education

• 3-5 years of experience working with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce and Flows preferred.

• Proficient in HTML and CSS for document generation

• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ. (Experience with SDocs a plus)

• Experience with Apex and VisualForce

• In-depth understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security and reporting.
