Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner and build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders within LinkedIn Sales Solutions to uncover learning & development needs

  • Build and establish learning curricula and align with overarching learning strategy

  • Design and develop world-class learning programs across a variety of learning mediums to improve the effectiveness of our customer acquisition and customer business segments

  • Project Manage the full development of global initiatives from inception to delivery to measurement

  • The Performance Consultant will report to the Global Manager, Sales Readiness: LinkedIn Sales Solutions

  • Expected travel time: ~25%

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in a closing role or sales readiness or learning & development

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA/MS/MA

  • Highly proficient in MS Office applications - primarily Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project

  • SaaS

  • Highly proficient at building strong stakeholder relationships

  • Excels in execution, establishing priorities and meeting swift deadlines in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute

  • Proven success at partnering with cross functional teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong facilitation and/or public speaking skills

  • Highly organized, detailed-oriented, and self-directed

  • Experience leveraging standard eLearning tools (Articulate, Captivate, Brainshark, etc.) and web-based meeting tools (BlueJeans, etc.) to create instructionally sound learning programs is desired

  • 3+ years of experience driving sales training and broader Sales Readiness programs

This is greenfield opportunity, a brand-new role in which problem solvers and those who can comfortably navigate ambiguity will thrive. Key Responsibilities: * Build and develop relationships across the customer success organization (from senior leaders to individual contributors) and across all cross functional teams like PMM, Insights, Sales Operations and Go-To-Market teams. * Continuously evaluate priorities, develop plans, and meet multiple deadlines in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment. * Partner and collaborate with key stakeholders within LinkedIn Talent Solutions to bring to life the top priorities for the business via an enablement strategy. * Collaborate closely with Sales Performance Consultants within Sales Readiness located in all disciplines to ensure we scale globally, think locally. * Conduct assessments to determine readiness and skills gaps, and work with the appropriate stakeholders to quickly develop the right initiatives and programs to close them. * Drive execution of the various onboarding and always-boarding initiatives and programs. * Review and manage the existing content library to determine opportunities to improve the learning experience, ensure the content is current and relevant and that the best technology is employed. * Design and implement metrics to measure training programs for business impact, effectiveness, appropriateness, and utility. * Deliver live and virtual learning programs as well as develop new e-learnings. * Ability to work hours conducive to global stakeholder and partner management (NY, CHI and SF time zones). * Ability to travel – 25-35%. Basic Qualifications: * 5+ years in customer success, account management or clients services or 3+ years experience in driving training and broader readiness programs Preferred Qualifications: * BA/BS * SaaS experience * Strategic thinker with demonstrated experience taking broad visions and concepts and developing structured plans, actions and measurable metrics and then executing those plans. * Experience leveraging standard eLearning tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.) and web-based meeting tools (WebEx, LiveMeeting, Go-to-Meeting, BlueJeans, etc.) to create instructionally sound learning programs is desired * Proven success leading global programs via project management skills * Excellent written and verbal communications skills including, presenting, editing, and writing with accuracy and attention to detail * Strong facilitation and/or public speaking skills * Highly organized, detailed-oriented, and self-directed with the ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision * Proven success at partnering with cross functional teams * Expert in MS Office applications - primarily Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project Linkedin San Francisco CA
