Job Title: Sr. Sales Manager / BDM - US Staffing
Work Location: Frisco, TX (Prefer) or Across US
Candidates must have 12-14 years of experience in Information Technology professional/staffing services.
Should have a deep understanding of the US Staffing business processes and experience working with various Tier-1 Vendors, Direct Clients and Implementing Partner.
Should be well versed with knowledge in trended information technologies.
Should able to get Contract Staffing requirements from Tier-1 Vendors / Implementing Partner and closing the positions.
Expertise in recruiting Citizens, EADs, Green Card Holders and H1B consultants.
Experience in H1B Transfers.
Ideal candidates will have an extensive contact base with Fortune 500 or 1000 companies and proven successful vendor relationships with those contacts.
Must be successful working in a fast paced, dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
Should have rich experience in giving the sales presentations with the clients.
Excellent written and communication skills are necessary.
Get vendor ships or partner agreements signed with implementation partners or direct clients
Define and deliver the year on year sales plan and strongly adhere
Responsible for handling a team of Key Account Managers & IT Recruiters.
Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners) for IT staffing business in USA
Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill
Get involved in complete recruitment cycle - from sourcing to placing
Handle a small team of recruiters, motivate and mentor them
Client relationship management
Building accounts with contractor staffing needs and ongoing support
Partnering and identifying opportunities for IT Services project
Adhere to daily, weekly and monthly status review calls with executive team.
Send the weekly and monthly reports to executive team.
Responsible for generating and sustaining profitable revenue streams from the sale of software development projects.
Identifying potential clients and build professional relationship.
Working as a SPOC between Clients & the Organization.
Generating requirements from new clients and existing clients.
Responsible for getting new leads requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
Maintain and surpass quota
Lead the organization in identifying the potential leads and taking them to the contract closures.
Initiate, coordinate and manage email, phone, and meet in person prospecting campaigns throughout the United States
Coordinate market and regional introduction campaigns
Identify/qualify leads for business development (introductions/appointments) and personally pursue qualified leads and opportunities
Update/manage contacts database
Identify the Cross sales opportunities
