Role Description & Responsibilities

Our DELMIA Sales team is looking for a Sr. Sales Representative who will be focusing on the Transportation & Mobility space. The location for this position is flexible. This is a remote position that will include travel.

As a Sr. Sales Representative you will be responsible for successfully achieving revenue targets and growth objectives in your assigned territory. This role will perform end-to-end customer engagements from open to close, compliant with internal processes and framework.

  • Sell and promote 3DS value and strategic vision by promoting Brand Promise and Industry Fundamentals to obtain customer commitment on a long-term business transformation

  • Manage negotiation with the customer by complying with all 3DS engagement processes (Finance, Legal), government and local regulations, DS policies and ethical standards

  • Define a successful sales strategy to hit revenue target and sustain growth objectives leveraging sales initiatives defined by the brand

  • Generate growth in assigned territory using industry market analysis

  • Transform Marketing and Sales leads into Opportunities

  • Build and develop trusted relationships at executive level and within all layers of client organization to ensure sustainable business for 3DS

  • Utilize and complete internal CRM according to corporate guidelines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field required

  • Extensive knowledge in the Transportation & Mobility Industry

  • 8+ years' of successful enterprise software solution sales experience

  • Experience with and/or knowledge of supply chain optimization

  • Exposure to manufacturing software (ERP, PLM, MES) a plus, but not required

  • Effective Relationship Building Skills

  • Effective Negotiation Skills

  • Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to manage complex ecosystems

  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
