We are looking for

A Sales Professional capable of building & maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to retain existing maintenance contracts and win more from existing customers. Being successful in the role requires ability to balance short term actions like selling simple repair work, and strategic and more long-term business development.

Please note: Sales title (e.g., Sales representative/consultant/executive) will be assigned commensurate with experience and business need.

Responsibilities

  • Individual sales planning & sales funnel management

  • Customer relationship management to retain & grow business with existing customers and to drive customer satisfaction by identifying their needs

  • Meet/exceed annual budget on orders from quoted repairs and upgrades/modernizations to existing equipment; new maintenance sales and new equipment conversions

  • General understanding of contract terms and/or language and can present said terms

  • Create a solid sales pipeline; be able to use it for sales forecast accuracy

  • Selling value and differentiating KONE products and services to qualified leads

  • Assist/take action where needed; national account requests, mentoring new reps (experience pending), trade shows, visiting customer sites, etc.

  • Record account/customer activity in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g., Salesforce)

Skills, education and experience

  • Drive to win & positive can-do attitude

  • Ability to build customer relationships: Outstanding interpersonal & communications skills

  • Customer focus, ability to understand customer needs & propose solutions that meet them

  • Ability to work effectively in team environment; collaboration with peers and colleagues; as well as being capable to effectively work independently

  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Quick Notes highly preferred

  • Business acumen to ensure sustainable revenue & profitability growth

  • Analytical ability and business acumen to analyze & prioritize opportunities

  • Comprehensive understanding of sales funnel management & customer relationship management tools

  • Mindset of continuous improvement; behavior characterized by the highest ethical standards

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of work experience

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales (title pending experience)

  • Experience: Construction or industrial equipment service sales highly preferred

This position of a Provider Representative is responsible for maintaining schedules of the active providers working temporary assignments with CompHealth. The Provider Representative will work internally to make the match between the client and the provider. Your role: * Responds to provider inquiries regarding traveling opportunities, and temp to perm positions * Acts as single point of contact for providers coordinating all aspects of provider sales and service * Ensures smooth transition of provider from Recruiter * Recruit new providers and past providers to cover losses and grow provider pool * Negotiates contract terms with provider within team guidelines * Consults with risk management, human resources and/or team leader regarding employee matters outside of their expertise * Persuades existing providers to contract for additional days with CompHealth * Establishes and maintains communication and rapport with providers to encourage a long-term working relationship with CompHealth * Accurately communicates client requirements and job description to ensure a proper match * Facilitates placement of providers into client's medical facility by matching provider skill level, licenses, preferences, board status and credentials * Collaborates with Client Representative in filling open jobs within appropriate profit margin range * Documents all conversations in FOX * Maintains appropriate amount of provider contact to ensure assignment is running smoothly and to address any concerns pro-actively * Maintains updated provider database and funnel * Ensures completion of QI information * Ensures completeness of assignment related tasks; travel, housing, payroll, licensing and credentialing Your qualifications: * Accurately manipulate information utilizing a large-scale database system * Professional level written and oral communications skills * Effective negotiation skills * Experience in provision of customer service * Communicate and understand professional level service needs, provider credentials and client practices * Understand and interpret financial data as well as compute profit margins * Persuade and influence verbally and in writing * Manage time effectively and devise and achieve work goals independently * Minimum of one-year experience in the direct sales of products or services * College level education Preferred Skills: * Experience in the sale of professional services * Experience in the health care industry In return, we offer: * Base salary plus uncapped commission * Healthcare coverage with corporate wellness program * 401(k) company match * Tuition reimbursement * 14 days of PTO your first year and paid holidays * Hall of fame development programs as recognized by Training Magazine Click here to learn more about our company and culture.
