Senior Sales Analyst

Position Summary:

Have an advanced grasp and utilization acumen of the available tools within the Company to monitor, enhance and report on predetermined sales activities and metrics. The position will generate reports and provide sales personnel across all Business Units with required in-depth data analysis, identify and implement new tools, administer and oversee the timely reporting of requested metrics. Interact cooperatively with personnel across department lines in order to facilitate accurate, timely and thorough reporting. Bring reporting and business initiatives forward to management which will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Department and Company.

Essential Functions:

  • Works with Dir Comm Ops, EVP Sales and BUMs to develop and refine sales reports that are meaningful management reports in order to identify areas of success and deficiencies for sales management to redirect and refine field sales activities.

  • Liaison between sales management, finance, IT, customer service, and outside software personnel to communicate needs, requirements and oversee successful implementation. Adjust and refine as necessary.

  • Undertake any data related "special project" as directed by the Dir Comm Ops.

  • Additional duties as may be directed by Management


  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University.

  • Related experience, of a minimum of 3 years in managing and administering Data Base analytics utilizing BOB, AlignStar, Xactly, Smartsheet, Acumatica and Concur.

  • Advance knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Office Software.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with other departments to form collaborative and cooperative work/project groups to implement requirements of various reports.

  • High energy and self-motivated.

  • Self-Motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal instruction.

  • Effective professional communication skills both verbally and written, as appropriate for the audience.

  • Thoroughness and attention to detail

VIEW JOBS 10/8/2019 12:00:00 AM 2020-01-06T00:00 Description:The Global Military Systems and Services Aftermarket business is seeking a Program Finance Staff Analyst to support a portfolio of ~ 10 fixed priced contracts that support international military customers across multiple platforms. The individual will responsible for the coordination and execution of all financial reporting requirements for the various contracts. The position will partner with the Program Management team to ensure successful execution of contract requirements with focus on developing accurate financial reporting. This includes developing and reporting Estimates at Complete (EAC), evaluation of risk and opportunities, earned value reporting, P&L and Balance Sheet forecast, earned value CAM responsibilities and various ad-hoc requests. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Develop and support quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) / CSR reporting process for designated contracts to ensure focus on effective cost management * Act as a liaison between Program Management and Finance to report contract changes, upcoming milestones that have financial implications * Support earned value monthly reporting including Program reviews, COBRA uploads and Winsight reporting * Provide monthly RFI's to EBS to support SIOI billings / IWTAs * Support monthly reporting, close, outlook forecasts, and Long-Range Plan (LRP) for Orders, Sales, EBIT and Cash including Hyperion loads, FP&A and core deliverables * Provide analytical support and guidance to the Program team and work closely with the Sikorsky Finance organizations including GMSS, Core FP&A and Controllers * Establish new contract revenue worksheets, SAP project, and performance obligation setup * Support SAP integration cleanup efforts for both P&L and Balance Sheet across various historic and active contracts * Support management with implementation of PPMS business rhythm and creation of standard processes * Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis to Programs and Finance Leadership * Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic Qualifications: * The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills, be a self-starter and team-oriented * Must have a working knowledge of basic EV and related applications; Primavera, Winsight, Cobra. * Must have working knowledge with financial planning and analysis and savvy with Hyperion reporting tools * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work complex issues, and meet deadlines * Ability to apply organizational, planning, management, problem solving & execution skills to multiple projects simultaneously Desired Skills: * Knowledge of Earned Value (Winsight, Primavera, Cobra, SAP, Hyperion ) * Experience supporting RMS CSR EAC requirements * Working knowledge of Finance and Business Operations (F&BO) support requirements Lockheed Martin Corporation Trumbull CT
