About the Position
Mentor and lead design staff on complex local and state roadway design projects
Prepare engineering roadway and highway designs according to governing state and local design
Responsible for intersection design, urban and rural highway interchanges and transportation planning
Perform roadway design calculations that include but not limited to horizontal and vertical roadway alignments
Review plans, specifications, and estimates and provide constructive feedback
Assist other Project Managers in the preparation of project reports

10 + years of roadway and highway design experience
Strong technical skills in roadway design and plan preparation
B.S. in Civil, Engineering
Proficient utilizing Microstation, Autocad Civil 3D and other industry supported 3D modeling software
Working knowledge of MS Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
