Missile Systems is the world's largest missile producer responsible for the design, test, manufacturer, and support of weapon systems supporting our US warfighter and international allies. Every missile system contains a set of advanced and purpose designed electrical subsystems. These enable the guidance, navigation, signal processing, target detection and tracking system functions. The Electrical Subsystems Directorate (ESD) is responsible for all aspects of these subsystems design, test and production.
The Strategic and Naval Systems (SNS) department with the Electrical Subsystems Directorate (ESD) Subsystems Center (SSC) is currently searching for an Electrical Engineer with experience in RF Subsystems Integration and Production Support. The SNS product line offers a complete family of mission solutions to the United States military and allies around the world. Our products, technology and people have made Missile Systems the preferred provider of mission defense systems and the leader in naval air defense. Our products include the SM-3 Interceptor which destroys short to intermediate range ballistic missiles, the SM-6 Missile which destroys cruise missiles and ballistic missiles in their final stage of flight from land or at sea, and Kill Vehicles which use sensors, lenses and rocket thrusters to pick out warheads, steer into their paths and destroy long-range ballistic missiles in space.
