The Sr. Revenue Operations Accountant will manage all customer order entry and processing activities for global operations. You will play a critical role in data integrity; ensuring all customer, opportunity and subscription information is accurate and reportable. You will partner cross-functionally to create and drive a scalable order management process.


  • Review customer contracts and order documentation for completeness and accuracy

  • Work with Sales Operations, Sales Representatives and Legal to ensure required documentation exists for each order

  • Accurately set up contract details in NetSuite and meet internal SLA to support billing, commissions, forecasting and revenue recognition processes

  • Perform assigned month end accounting and reporting operations activities within tight timelines

  • Design scalable order management processes and build systems infrastructure to support a timely month-end close

  • Design and implement controls to ensure data quality and promote financial reporting objectives end-to-end

  • Deliver on ad-hoc projects / deliverables as necessary


  • 3+ years operational accounting experience in a growing, SAAS technology business

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

  • Experience working with sales, customer contracts, and order desk operations

  • Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce preferred

  • People skills (ability to work cross-functionally)

  • Workpaper organization and written communication skills

  • Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and work independently

You will be a key member of the team responsible for building out core financial processes across various revenue verticals and supporting the month-end close. Where you can make an impact: Shorten the month-end close cycle by pulling complete revenue reporting from various sources in a timely manner Standardize full end-to-end order-to-cash process over all revenue streams Prepare routine reporting and metrics to management and other key stakeholders across the organization Help management perform contract reviews, interpret contract arrangements, and ensure that revenue is accurately recorded under ASC 606 Partner with external and internal partners to design scalable system enhancements, process changes, and other improvements to help the company achieve scalability, support current and new business initiatives via automation, and accelerate the timing of obtaining revenue information Aid in the development, testing, and documentation of internal controls over the order-to-cash process Work closely with external auditors during audit by preparing information requests and addressing auditor inquiries You are: A team player who is proactive in interacting and communicating with people at different levels within the organization to get the job done A highly productive self-starter with excellent time and self-management skills, ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines A driver of continuous collaboration with various teams to achieve a standardized revenue operations process across all revenue streams Experienced in performing monthly revenue close activities including revenue calculations, account reconciliations, flux analyses and preparation of journal entries and invoices ensuring accurate and proper revenue recognition.
