Team Description

The Revenue Enablement team at Pendo is dedicated to empowering our Go-To-Market teams to achieve exceptional performance and drive revenue growth. We design and deliver comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales team, ensuring they are well-equipped to engage with customers and close deals effectively. Our team collaborates closely with marketing, product, and sales leadership to develop and implement strategies that drive pipeline growth, improve lead conversion rates, and optimize the overall sales process. We work as a strategic partner to various departments within Pendo, fostering seamless communication and collaboration to ensure that our sales initiatives are aligned with company goals and deliver maximum impact.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement enablement programs to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the sales team

  • Conduct both live and asynchronous training content and coaching to ensure continuous development

  • Create and maintain a repository of resources, best practices, and sales tools

  • Design and execute strategies to drive pipeline growth and enhance sales performance

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create targeted campaigns and content that support pipeline generation

  • Monitor and analyze pipeline metrics, providing actionable insights to improve conversion rates and sales outcomes

  • Work closely with the BDR team to develop and refine outreach strategies, messaging, and processes

  • Provide ongoing training and support to the BDR team to optimize lead generation and qualification efforts

  • Align BDR activities with broader sales and marketing initiatives to ensure cohesive execution

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or a related role, with a proven track record of driving sales performance.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach).

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a quota carrying sales or BDR role preferred

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Compensation

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.

The expected base salary range for this role in the following location is:

Raleigh, NC - $105,000 - $125,000

Individual pay rate decisions, including offers made within and over the expected salary range, are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
