Overview

This position can be located at East Petersburg, PA (near Lancaster) or Virginia Beach, VA

Hours are 8:30-5:00 Monday-Friday

The primary responsibility of this position is to administer residential construction loans, including review of related documents, coordination of inspections, monitoring completion against maturity dates, disbursement of funds and associated recording, and conversion to permanent mortgage when construction is complete. Support customers, builders, title companies, inspectors, and loan officers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, accept, review and process draw requests, schedule inspections, disburse funds to builders, and record all activities in accordance with established procedures

• Process loan conversion to permanent mortgage when construction is complete, prepare Saleable loans for review by Underwriting, prepare necessary paperwork, ensure all approvals and signatures are obtained, follow up with borrowers as required and respond directly to any inquiries

• Monitor loan pipeline and job completion vs, maturity dates, prepare notifications to borrowers regarding extension and related options, and process loan extensions as required

• Source, compile and organize builder information in support of the registration process, order credit reports, contact references, record and maintain registered builder information

• Serve as point of contract for customers and builders, resolve questions or concerns, during construction.

Qualifications

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent. (Required)

Experience

3 or more years Loan, Mortgage or Construction Administration. (Required)

2 or more years Residential Construction Loan Administration. (Preferred)

This role may perform other job duties as assigned by the manager. Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.

The hourly rate for this position is $18.25 - $27.16.
