Your Mission:

The primary focus for this position will be release project management. Secondary will be project management support of the Service Delivery Product Delivery teams. Additionally, there will be opportunities for leading cross-functional projects that involve Service Delivery and several other departments within the company. The project management methodology will be primarily Agile and incorporate standard practices when beneficial.

  • Coordinate release plans between project managers and release manager

  • Interfaces with key team members to establish release management guidelines

  • Contribute to release deployment scheduling and time management

  • Provide daily/weekly reports based on release deployments

  • Help manage risk in the release endgame leading up to customer launch

  • Understands and manages large scale application deployments

  • Shows proven ability to understand automated continuous delivery and deployment solutions

  • Support Service Delivery product delivery teams as agile project manager

  • Ensure that the Service Delivery project team delivers against schedule, scope, resource/cost and quality targets

  • Coordinates Service Delivery project team activities, meetings, communications, and issue resolution among core team members, Senior Management and other stakeholders

  • Facilitate multiple teams in a fast-paced environment using hybrid agile processes

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Anticipate and manage risks, publish a risk register, proactively communicate risks/issues to management in a timely manner, and offer creative solutions

  • Responsible for publishing and maintaining project plans, schedules, issues lists, status reports, and meeting agendas with action items


  • Must Haves

  • Project management experience

  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle

  • Understanding of the release deployment process

  • Appreciation of the importance of on time delivery, integrity of information, and commitment to ownership of deliverables

  • Nice to Haves

  • Experience with Infrastructure or Service Delivery related project management

  • Agile development methodologies, i.e. Scrum and Kanban

  • Experience working with Jira or other Agile backlog management tool

  • Experience in office and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Smartsheet, Google Tools)

Your Education & Experience:

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience

  • PMP Certification (nice to have not required)

  • Agile Certification (nice to have not required)

In 1999, Club Monaco became a subsidiary of the Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation. Essential Duties & Responsibilities * Build, test, maintain and troubleshoot all site content on desktop and mobile. Including, but not limited to the creation of homepage, landing pages, fly-outs and banners for site refreshes, site assets for promotions, & A/B tests. * Continuously QA all sites for content, products, categories, and navigation issues by partnering with the merchant, creative and development teams to ensure optimal customer experience. * Serve as point-person with technical teams to resolve day-to-day site issues and effectively communicating status and steps to resolve to senior management. Also, maintain close dialogue with customer service team to resolve customer-related issues on site. * Driving recommendations to improve site operations, including updating and establishing processes. * Driving recommendations for site navigation and site functionality based on understanding of product assortment and continuous review of competitive landscape. * Ensuring accurate and complete tracking of web data in Adobe Analytics (Omniture). Explaining how data is captured in Omniture and how it can be used in reports to understand site behaviors and documenting information. * Developing an in-depth understanding of Club Monaco's systems, including understanding how these systems work (and work together) to populate the Club Monaco website. * Work as intermediary between the different teams on E-commerce including merchandising, creative, and marketing in order to make sure that the website is providing a cohesive and efficient user experience. * Provide effective communication at all levels by providing timely feedback and follow-up and managing others' expectations appropriately. * Lead the development and organization of digital analytics reporting and dashboards, delivering KPI's to key stakeholders and leadership team. * Conduct ad hoc analysis for internal partners, including in-depth funnel and conversion analysis * Support the maintenance and development of Adobe Analytics (Omniture); including oversight of the Club Monaco replatforming analytics implementation & UAT. * Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop site performance measurement plans, define targets and deliverables, and communicate performance results. * Support additional areas of the ecommerce business (including, but not limited to, marketing and QA efforts). Experience, Skills & Knowledge * Bachelor's Degree required * 1+ years professional experience in Ecommerce technology ecosystem or web content management. * Experienced knowledge of standard web technologies including HTML, DHTML, XML, JSP, and Flash. * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including third party vendors. * Excellent verbal and written communications skills are a must.
