Develops and manages relationships with clients in the assigned business segment and/or geographic areas. Presents a variety of product solutions to client needs. Provides responsive, quality service. Manages overall relationship profitability and portfolio risk and is responsible for profitable growth of the portfolio assigned. This may be accomplished through active calling efforts and referrals from existing customers, providing the CNB exemplary level of service, identifying and promoting solutions to customer needs, and maintaining an active calling program. It is expected that Relationship Managers will have or develop expertise in the various credit types offered by Structured Finance including leveraged lending, the asset management industry, syndicated credit and middle market cash flow lending.

Works with Manager to develop sales management and relationship development strategies to promote the revenue growth and profitability of team while maintaining credit quality. Manages the ongoing sales process, including new client sales, referrals, cross sales and retention efforts. Develops business opportunities by being active in the community and maintaining positive relationships within the Bank. Creates and maintains effective relationships within and among teams, ensuring that lines of communication remain open and clients are serviced at a consistently high level. In addition to client and business opportunities, a Team Leader will be involved in providing input to the Team Manager regarding the strategic direction of Structured Finance, including the recommendation to enter new industries, develop new loan structures or pursue new geographies. Hires, terminates, develops, coaches, and motivates team members; identifies staff development needs and provides educational/training opportunities.

Basic Qualifications

  • *Bachelor's degree
  • *Minimum 10 years of commercial credit experience
  • *Minimum 8 years of experience as a Relationship Manager

Knowledge and Skills

  • Superior client relationship skills.

  • Good understanding of commercial credit policies and procedures.

  • Sound credit analysis and accounting skills.

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Strong demonstrated sales and marketing abilities including cross selling skills.

  • Must be able to work autonomously in making sound business decisions and exercising appropriate level of authority commensurate with experience and responsibility.

  • Represents basic qualifications for the position. To be considered for this position you must at least meet the basic qualifications.

As a Relationship Manager, you will be a champion for the analytic and reporting needs of various Clinical departments, building effective working relationships with our business partners, and immersing yourself in their strategic vision. Within the Clinical Analysis team you will work closely with others to get work done (including our analyst pool, data science arm, and innovation lab). Examples of initiatives you may work on include: targeting members at high risk for avoidable admissions, evaluating the effectiveness of care management programs, and designing dashboards to track and trend quality rates. Job Duties: * Translate business needs into requests for actionable analysis by others, including documenting user stories and/or writing (light weight) tech specs * Drive towards a culture of accountability through constant prioritization, organization and assessment of work in order to meet the needs of our clinical partners * Share your subject matter expertise for your assigned clinical area (Pharmacy) with others on our team, including guiding less experience analysts to help them complete their work * Oversee the creation and maintenance of essential operational and analytical dashboards, and update and enhance them as our user's needs evolve * Use data to tell a story that our doctors, nurses and social workers will be able to understand, including packaging and presenting findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner * Exhibit an awareness of our technology stack which includes Tableau, R, Alteryx, Python, SAS, and AWS Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, technology, or quantitative field * Minimum of 2+ years of prior experience working in healthcare, business or analysis and reporting. Preferred Qualifications: * Graduate degree in Public Health or Business Administration and/or background in Population Health or quality improvement. * Prior experience working with Tableau or other visualization tools. * Excellent presentation and communication skills, comfortable presenting in front of others. * Prior experience in Pharmacy and/or medication adherence highly preferred. * Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once and meet aggressive deadlines. * Previous experience with project management tools and approaches such as Agile or Kanban. * Self-directed logic thinker who enjoys working with others to improve healthcare outcomes * Works well under pressure with an ability to cope in a fast paced environment and meet aggressive deadlines WE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
