Sr. Regional Sales Director

Provide management oversight to Regional Sales Managers within the Southeast Majors accounts region to drive all pertinent issues related to sales strategy and goal attainment. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, communicating corporate strategy, planning and directing activities, establishing goals, identifying needed resources, and acting as a coach and mentor.

Requirements include strong verbal and written communications skills, relationship building and negotiating skills, ability to work collaboratively, understanding of Cybersecurity technologies, and experience with target account selling and consultative sales techniques. This role involves managing a Region with full responsibility for oversight, including costs, methods, and staffing. The ideal candidate has 8 years of experience as an individual contributor and 5 years as a people manager, with a track record of implementing repeatable, winning sales processes. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree is desirable.
