People are our greatest asset and the Talent Acquisition team is on the frontlines of finding and attracting the best of the best for Pluralsight. We are seeking an experienced recruitment manager to lead recruiting efforts for our Experience org which consists of technology and product talent for the company. Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, you'll work closely with the HR and business leadership to develop recruiting strategies that land the right talent enabling Pluralsight to meet its aggressive growth goals.
You'll use your strong market knowledge and communication skills to tell our story and influence processes and decisions which will contribute to an enhanced candidate experience. It will be important that you build strong relationships to collaborate with peers, business partners and key leaders to drive results for Talent Acquisition.

What you'll do:
Lead a team of experienced recruiters and guide recruitment efforts supporting all Tech and Product hiring across North America in our SLC and Boston offices
See ahead of needs and anticipate how the recruitment team needs to support the business
Hire and train any recruiters needed in the region
Assess and predict workloads for the team and effectively load balance to ensure recruiters are able to work efficiently, strategically and bring speed to the business
Help to create and implement hiring strategies to achieve an annual hiring plan that emphasizes quality and diversity of hires, process efficiency, strong client management and encourages the sharing of best practices
Effectively lead all communication related to recruiting status and strategy with technical leadership team
Collaborate closely with partners such as HR Business Partners and Finance to ensure alignment and communication
Get to the root cause of any issue to solve problems, no matter how complex, and design and quickly implement solutions
Act as a player-coach leader who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty, carrying and filling reqs alongside the team
Experience you have:
Demonstrated experience leading tech recruiting for a function at large scale in a fast-paced environment
SaaS industry experience strongly preferred
Minimum 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience (mix of in-house recruiting, executive search, etc.)
Demonstrated success leading high-performing recruiting teams, preferably in tech
Solid analytical skills and ability to work with metrics, numbers, and trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
Successful track record of partnering with senior leaders to create and deliver hiring strategies with high level of attainment to plan
