Sr. Recruiting Manager - Hybrid

A rapidly growing professional services firm based in VA, that specializes in construction management, is seeking a Senior Recruiting Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both cleared and non-cleared professionals, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent within the GovCon industry.

- Cultivate and sustain relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand staffing needs and criteria.

- Utilize Lever, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), to manage candidate pipelines, track metrics, and optimize the recruitment workflow.

- Collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies regarding recruitment of cleared professionals.

- Offer guidance and assistance to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and selection best practices.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive insights to inform recruitment strategies.

- Conduct regular analysis of recruitment data to identify areas for enhancement and implement effective solutions.

- Mentor and empower the existing recruitment team, providing support to enhance their skills and productivity.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

- Minimum of 8 years of recruiting experience within the GovCon sector, focusing on cleared professionals.

- Total of 8-12 years of recruiting experience.

- Demonstrated success in managing full-cycle recruitment processes.

- Proficiency in Lever (ATS) for managing candidate pipelines and streamlining recruitment workflows.

- Thorough understanding of federal regulations and compliance requirements related to recruiting cleared professionals.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.

- Exceptional organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
