Job Summary

Daily role will include sourcing candidates, screening and qualifying candidates based on requirements of the position(s), develop and maintain candidate networks/pipelines and candidate tracking and OFCCP recordkeeping, compensation analysis and offer negotiations. Will partner with the business unit staffing and HR organizations to ensure staffing requirements are achieved.

Job Description

  • Partner with leadership to understand their businesses, identify staffing needs, help with workforce planning strategies, and take on appropriate search assignments

  • Candidate will demonstrate strong command of networking skills and be able to leverage networks to attract top talent.

  • Candidate will enjoy the challenge of working in a fast paced, high volume area where time management, organization and great sense of humor will equate to success.

  • Support managers with performance management situations as they arise

  • Coordinate the selection process, including posting, application administration, candidate screening and interviewing, notification, testing (when appropriate), making salary/hiring recommendations, and completing reference checks / background verifications

  • Demonstrated ability to function/recruit talent at different career levels and model CenturyLink's commitment to a great place to work!!

  • Ability and willingness to travel to support national recruiting/sourcing requirements

  • Self-directed, highly organized, and be able to complete time-sensitive assignments with composure and perseverance

Qualifications

  • Fully seasoned with typically 5+ years professional experience with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience

  • 2-3 years with a Master's Degree.

As a SR GQ (Global Quality) Automotive DRAM Reliability Engineer at Micron Technology Inc., you will be responsible for DRAM quality and reliability for Micron's product lines. This responsibility includes coordinating package qualification efforts for new products and when new designs, materials, or processes are introduced; and providing recommendations on product release based on package and device reliability test results. You will work with package reliability experts to devise reliability test plans and assess risk associated with excursions, conversions, and reliability and qualification issues. Additional duties include providing support to internal and external customers for device and package-related quality and reliability issues, and customer requests. The position requires understanding the automotive market trends, and the end customer application requirements. Successful Candidates for this position will have: * Deep understanding of Automotive customer requirements such as BLR, SJR etc * Thorough knowledge of semiconductor component package assembly processes and challenges * Knowledge of surface mount processes and challenges * Understanding of mechanical and material interaction effects on reliability of IC components and/or Printed Circuit Assemblies (PCB) assemblies * Good understanding of the effects thermomechanical, thermal, mechanical and hygroscopic swelling stresses on package reliability * A working knowledge of industry standard reliability test methods, acceleration models used for life predictions, and sampling statistics preferred * Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and detail oriented * Strong analytical problem solving skills, excellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to interact easily with other groups * Good written and verbal communication skills are computer skills are necessary * Working knowledge of the software systems employed in backend manufacturing is a plus Qualification Requirements: * Minimum of BS degree, M.
