Responsible for all steps associated with the identification and placement of professional level employees. Successfully source and identify candidates from traditional sources, various online networks and social media outlets.

Effectively screen, qualify, negotiate pay and interview candidates. Provide solid recommendations to hiring/program managers. Coordinate all in-person and phone interviews with hiring/program managers and conduct reference checks.

Maintain active communication and follow up with candidates throughout the interview and hire process. Prepare resume portfolios for presentation to our clients. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration.

Establish trust and confidence by maintaining a high level of credibility, integrity and skilled communications with managers, partners, peers and candidates. Maintain individual production and candidate pipeline spreadsheets. Responsible to team in training and sharing of best practices.

Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in a high volume and fast paced recruiting environment required. Experience recruiting for government contract positions is a huge plus; along with having the ability to bring a network/pipeline. Ability to learn and adapt to changing priorities as needed to support high priority tasks or initiatives.

Self-starter with a track record of producing results that meet or exceed the business goals and objectives. Proven interpersonal skills and experience building strong relationships with candidates, internal customers, and business partners. Must possess strong organizational skills in order to prioritize a large number of open requisitions, juggle many responsibilities, and manage a variety of candidates.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively and efficiently, both independently and with collaborative teams. Ability to produce quality work under tight deadlines.

Above all, you must be highly motivated, goal oriented, and have a passion for success. Can include weekend and evening support for hard to fill positions to include proposal input.
