Humana has an amazing opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Professional Senior Recruiter. The Senior Recruiter will be a key member of a team that works strategically with hiring leaders throughout their alignment to attract, identify, and hire excellent talent for leaders in healthcare.
The Senior Recruiter, is responsible for full-cycle recruitment from the beginning of the process with conducting strategy sessions with business leaders through the offer stage. The Senior Recruiter will consult with business leaders to ensure alignment on sourcing strategy, posting options, and the strategic plan for the entire lifecycle of the requisition. Additionally, the Senior Recruiter will leverage various technologies including the use of a CRM and screening options within Workday and Modern Hire to enhance the candidate experience.

Fulfill Full life cycle recruitment of a wide variety of positions
Consultative approach that drives productive relationships with all members of the HR team, as well as key stakeholders within various business areas
Adaptive technical ability that utilizes tools available to source, screen, schedule candidates with appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
Ability to focus on identifying talent in competitive environment through various digital media, sourcing channels, and local/national outreach efforts
Maintains accurate and well-organized documentation on all candidates and search tools working within the organization's applicant tracking system
An engaged team member that participates in a proactive manner

This role is 100% remote.
5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a metrics driven environment
Experience sourcing passive candidates
Experience managing & prioritizing staffing needs, projects, and client relationships
Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
Highly self-motivated and driven to go above and beyond what is required
As a work at home associate you must have a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information. Required: the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) is required.
Prior recruiting experience within both corporate and agency recruitment environments
Prior experience utilizing multiple recruiting tools and systems preferably WorkDay ATS, Modern Hire, and Symphony Talent CRM
