Humana has an amazing opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Professional Senior Recruiter. The Senior Recruiter will be a key member of a team that works strategically with hiring leaders throughout their alignment to attract, identify, and hire excellent talent for leaders in healthcare.

The Senior Recruiter, is responsible for full-cycle recruitment from the beginning of the process with conducting strategy sessions with business leaders through the offer stage. The Senior Recruiter will consult with business leaders to ensure alignment on sourcing strategy, posting options, and the strategic plan for the entire lifecycle of the requisition. Additionally, the Senior Recruiter will leverage various technologies including the use of a CRM and screening options within Workday and Modern Hire to enhance the candidate experience.

Responsibilities

What we need your help with:

  • Fulfill Full life cycle recruitment of a wide variety of positions

  • Consultative approach that drives productive relationships with all members of the HR team, as well as key stakeholders within various business areas

  • Adaptive technical ability that utilizes tools available to source, screen, schedule candidates with appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements

  • Ability to focus on identifying talent in competitive environment through various digital media, sourcing channels, and local/national outreach efforts

  • Maintains accurate and well-organized documentation on all candidates and search tools working within the organization's applicant tracking system

  • An engaged team member that participates in a proactive manner

This role is 100% remote.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a metrics driven environment

  • Experience sourcing passive candidates

  • Experience managing & prioritizing staffing needs, projects, and client relationships

  • Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment

  • Highly self-motivated and driven to go above and beyond what is required

  • As a work at home associate you must have a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information. Required: the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Prior recruiting experience within both corporate and agency recruitment environments

  • Prior experience utilizing multiple recruiting tools and systems preferably WorkDay ATS, Modern Hire, and Symphony Talent CRM

The Senior Data and Reporting Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Responsibilities The Senior Data and Reporting Professional integrates data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements. Programs and maintains report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources. May create specifications for reports based on business requests. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. * Develop and establish strong and effective working relationships with Home Ops leadership and other departments * Derive observations and insights from metrics to support and improve clinical operations * Conduct independent research necessary to fully understand and correctly utilize the required clinical data * Design, development, and deliver of operational reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc requests * Continually identify ways to improve and enhance current reports, increasing value and usability * Collect and document business requirements for reporting and analysis initiatives * Interact with IT and communicate data requirements and technology needs Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree * 5+ years of technical experience in data reporting * Experience with BI Tools such as Qlikview, Tableau or a similar tool. * Highly proficient MS Excel (building pivot tables, create tables, charts, graphs) * SQL, advanced SQL skills and ability to build code to query databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.) * Knowledge of Data Visualization and Data Modeling techniques * Assist business leaders in understanding the "story" contained within or behind the data/report * High collaboration and consensus building skills (assuring that reports align with stated operational goals and/or strategy initiatives) * Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, especially around data acquisition, transforming data into information, and delivering information effectively * Ability to generate insights through data analysis and process observation. * Assist others on how to more efficiently code. Preferred Qualifications * Strong mathematic and/or statistical skills * Ability to see trends and provide advice regarding root cause(s) of any trend (positive and negative) * Experience developing reports in SSRS and ETL packages with SSIS * SAS, ability to write SAS code * Ability to interview business owners to define the need/problem/desire of a request and understand how best to fill the request to drive value.
