WHAT WE'LL NEED

We are seeking a Senior Real Estate Manager who will lead a team of Real Estate Managers, while working cross functionally within the broader development team and company to accelerate growth. This person will be responsible for overseeing all real estate responsibilities including but not limited to the following:

• Leading, mentoring and managing a team of Real Estate Managers

• Brand Partner portfolio management as it pertains to real-estate and their development pipeline

• Working cross functionally to influence and drive pipeline/process efficiencies, both with Brand Partners and internal peers

• A strong understanding of the business and real-estate needs to drive the site selection and approval process

• Provide monthly/quarterly/annual site forecasts

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• College Degree in Real Estate or business related

• 4 years related experience in the real estate market

• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time

• Proficient In computer skill with a focus on mapping software's,

• Proven track record in the franchises
