Title: Sr. R&D Engineer

Location: This position is based in our Campbell, California offices. This position is on-site and full-time

What You'll Do

This position will lead and support the design and launch of innovative endovascular products through conceptualization, design development, verification/validation, and manufacturability assessments.

  • Contribute to design and build of catheter prototypes using a variety of equipment

  • Create test protocols/methods/reports, tools and fixtures

  • Perform design verification testing

  • Participate in design validation and usability studies

  • Contribute to anatomical model design/research, pre-clinical evaluation and physician evaluations

What You'll Bring

  • BS in Engineering or related discipline and 5+ years of related experience; or MS in Engineering with 3+ years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and work experience in the medical device or related regulated industry

  • Previous experience in product design from concept to regulatory marketing approval

  • CAD (Solidworks, ProE, similar)

  • Statistical analysis Software (Minitab or similar)

  • Knowledge of and exposure to product testing and data collection

Salary Range: $126,000 - 131,000 annually
