Sr Quality Engineer

Description:

• Responsible for implementing process control programs that will assure production of finished goods that meet or exceed customer-specified requirements

• Leads continuous improvements by utilizing the appropriate quality tools and provides data analysis

• Approve and implement internal work instructions on the production lines

• Assess new and existing manufacturing methods, including tooling, fixtures, layouts and equipment for potential quality/cost improvements.

• Supervisor pre-production and pre-launch activities

• Conduct Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) in conjunction with advanced quality-planning activities

• Provide leadership in APQP and PPAP processes to determine testing, sampling techniques and gauging methods needed to produce new products
