Job Title: Sr. Quality Engineer
Job Description
The Sr. Quality Engineer oversees and supports quality control and assurance systems for transfers and existing manufacturing. Responsibilities include conducting quality audits, developing and implementing quality control procedures and policies, analyzing and resolving quality-related issues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will provide expertise in the design, development, transfer, and implementation of suitable quality controls for new or existing products and processes. Additionally, you will develop and implement product quality plans, documents, and systems in conjunction with other product development and manufacturing team members.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Fridley, Minnesota.
Work Environment
Onsite every day with flexibility for one-off events. Expectation is 5 days a week in the office with flexible start and stop times as long as people can attend important meetings when they arise. The environment is very customer-facing, requiring good communication skills and the ability to work with customers to provide value in quality decisions. Looking for someone who can mentor/lead and push production in a family-feel company.
