Genesis10, is seeking a Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst for a contract position with our client in Minneapolis, MN.

Summary:
Evaluates and tests new or modified software programs and software development procedures used to verify that programs function according to user requirements and conform to establishment guidelines: Writes, revises, and verifies quality standards and test procedures for program design and product evaluation to attain quality of software economically and efficiently. Reviews new or modified program, including documentation, diagram, and flow chart, to determine if program will perform according to user request and conform to guidelines. Recommends program improvements or corrections to programmers.

Responsibilities:
Client is currently in the process of populating a CIP (Critical Infrastructure Protection) SharePoint site which will serve as the "Library", or a data repository for all site-related information, major project information, detailed circuit drawings, complete equipment specifications, individual site photos, and more. By populating and continuously updating this site, employees will be able find relevant information quicker, streamline work processes, and maintain system uptime. The role of the SharePoint "Librarian" is to collect all of the types of data listed above (from current Client data sources) and consolidate/organize the data using an established folder structure template created for the Library. In most cases, the data will be sorted first by Operating Company (SPS, PSCo, NSPM, etc.) and then by individual site abbreviation. Since the Library is set to become the single "source of truth" for all business systems data, the Librarian is also responsible for consistently updating
the Library so it is always current and accurate for other CIP-certified/trained employees of Client. Finally, the Librarian will be responsible for regulating access permissions for the Library itself as well as moderating read/write permissions for every subfolder. Additionally, address location and naming conventions database will be maintained by the librarian to ensure integrity.

Clearly communicates overall process or transaction quality and provides feedback to appropriate contacts regarding identified material deficiencies or issues including identification of inconsistencies. Analyzes risks and offsets and develops solutions for problems identified. Acts as mentor to lower level team members and may assist with their development.
