Sr. Quality And Operations Manager

Purpose and Scope:

Plan and direct activities for customer sites regarding improvement to operational and quality processes and programs.

Essential Responsibilities:

Manage projects and tasks remotely and in-person at client sites

~Plan, conduct and direct research and/or development work on complex quality projects necessitating the origination and application of new and unique approaches.

~Possess and apply advanced knowledge to the completion of projects.

~Make frequent decisions using principles and professional independent judgment.

~Provide technical inspiration, leadership, and consultation to professional co-workers.

~Provide leadership and mentoring to junior project participants

~Provide leadership for systems, development, proposals, implementation, procedures, and any related activity.

~Analyze, evaluate, and plan methods of approach and organizes means to achieve solution of complex technical problems.

~Participate in the development, maintenance, and refinement of internal programs and processes.

Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Bachelors degree in a technical discipline or demonstrated equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Experience: 8 years experience in area of specialization.

Good oral and written communication skills; working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications; organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required. Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.

Position may require travel.
