The Sr. Quality Analyst will ensure compliance with procedures and metrics that impact quality throughout the organization. Perform quality analyses and inspections. Monitor the effectiveness of programs and processes using data and internal auditing programs. Validate, update, and audit standard work instructions and procedures to improve service delivery to the customer. Implement the technical training strategy to ensure organizational performance. Facilitate training as needed.
Works under general direction to perform more complex Quality activities.
Coach less experienced Quality staff and help them resolve problems.
Ability to effectively plan and organize

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of employees, managers, and customers
Ability to professionally and tactfully interact with customers, vendors, and coworkers
Must be able to read/write and speak English fluently

5-7 years ESP operations experience, including build/test/tear down of ESPs
5-7 years of experience in ESP field service, including surface equipment
5-7 years of technical training and mentoring experience preferred.
Experience working in a quality function in a fast paced shop environment
3 years technical training and mentoring experience required
