BAE Systems is hiring a senior level Quality Analyst/Engineer to join our team in Louisville, KY. This opportunity requires specific skills and attributes to perform the daily functions, these are the responsibilities:

o Maintains, controls, and develops inspection plans, work instructions, and standards on complex sub assemblies, assemblies and systems.

o Provides work direction and technical support to inspection personnel on processes, procedures, and product acceptance.

o Reviews and corrects documentation deficiencies generated during the manufacturing cycle. This includes review of data packages containing inspection and test documentation, configuration sheet, drawing, and discrepant material report (DMR).

o Performs independent audits and provides training/technical support for improving internal in process quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.

o Coordinates with manufacturing, engineering, and DCMA to evaluate product quality issues and makes recommendations for corrective action.

o Provides technical assistance to engineering, program management, or manufacturing personnel for estimating inspection hours and developing more efficient inspection processes. Provides input to group efforts related to complex problem resolution and corrective action.

o Provides lead internal auditor support and coordinate Internal Quality Audit Program in accordance with current ISO requirements.

VIEW JOBS 12/2/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-02T00:00 POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES: The Quality Control Analyst will perform reviews of assigned Loan Servicing and Deposit Operations functions a monthly basis. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience preferred. * Minimum of 1 year banking experience preferred. * Thorough knowledge and understanding of Banking and Consumer Compliance regulatory guidelines that pertain to Loan Servicing and Deposit Operations preferred. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and multiple software applications. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform assigned reviews on quality performance of Loan Servicing and Deposit Operations functions. * Review loan and deposit account data and assure integrity on a monthly basis with reports to Senior Management and Compliance. * Work with Loan Servicing and Deposit Operations team members to evaluate adherence to procedures. * Work with the Compliance Department in a collaborative manner on any Compliance audits as required. * Maintain a working knowledge of compliance requirements affecting your position and area of responsibilities and actively learn new regulations and assist in the implementation, if required * Model and foster behaviors that support the Bank's values and corporate culture creating an atmosphere of trust, cooperation, accountability and dedication to the organization. * Willingly performs all other job duties and projects as assigned.
