Sr. Proposal Analyst - Level 3

As a member of the AMMM Estimating & Pricing Team, this individual will be responsible for developing, analyzing, reviewing, and obtaining approval of cost estimates for the Program. These activities will include analyzing program requirements, coordinating, and preparing labor and other direct cost basis of estimates (BOEs) and supporting internal proposal reviews, customer audit/fact-findings, and negotiations.

The job requires extensive coordination with the program and functional Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Accounting and Finance organizations. Other tasks and responsibilities may include developing Cost Estimating Relationships (CERs) that are based on auditable/repeatable data and can be used as a reliable predictor of tasks to be performed, identifying comparative historical data that can be used as a valid basis of estimate, and costs for detailed bills of materials. Also requires interfacing with the Program Office, DCMA and DCAA; presenting estimate data to leadership; and performing special assignments when required.

A level 3 employee Typically has 5 - 10 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited college

• Ability to obtain and maintain an active security clearance

• Experience with data analytics and analysis

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Desired Skills:

• SAP experience

• Tableau Knowledge

• Prior Estimating Experience

• Knowledge of the Certified Cost or Pricing Data/Truth in Negotiation Act proposal process

• Experience with LM Aeronautics proposal Tool Suite (APTS)

• Excellent communication skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework:

The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $81,600 - $153,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $71,000 - $136,000 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
