The Senior Property Analyst is responsible for receiving, storing, handling, issuing, auditing, dispositioning, analyzing and maintaining government property.


  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned)

  • Develops and maintains GFP policy, procedures, work instructions.

  • Receives, inspects and identifies customer/government furnished property.

  • Manages property issued in support of labs, production areas using multiple databases

  • Responsible for ensuring customer/government property is properly identified and packaged.

  • Maintains records of materials received, disbursed and on hand.

  • Responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy and record integrity.

  • Audits all physical inventories and monitors all inventory transactions and records.

  • Monitors property handling practices throughout the company to ensure proper use and care of customer/government property.

  • Develop and implement data analysis tools/techniques to effectively determine the root cause of inventory discrepancies

  • Understand and execute tactical daily functions while identifying and addressing continuous improvement activities

  • Checks shipping documents of customer/government property for completeness and accuracy.

  • Assists internal and external customers with inventory verifications.

  • Maintains Government Property in accordance with company procedures and customer requirements.

  • May move material by hand and/or truck.

  • May be required to transport material between buildings.

  • Manage corrective actions and drive them to completion.

  • Weekly walk through labs to identify potential Government Property.

  • Work with expiring contracts to ensure all material is transferred or dispositioned.

  • Support various audits and be able to coordinate with auditors.

  • Ability to work and drive change in a team environment

  • Ability to analyze data in multiple databases to research information

  • Displays effective oral and written communication skills (Experience communicating with Management/Sr. Management a plus)

  • Requires strong knowledge of PC software including Microsoft office application, email, internet research (Familiarity with Oracle and COLTS a plus)

  • Practices good safety habits and maintains good housekeeping.

  • Performs other clerical or material handling duties as required.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with good time management

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years experience in Government Material Handling, Supply Chain, or related field.

  • Must have or must be eligible to obtain DOD Secret Clearance

  • High School diploma required. Associates Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience preferred.

  • NPMA certification or willingness to prepare for and achieve certification in 1 year.

This role will be supporting our Customer who is rewriting interfaces between their portal application and their external partner. There are currently batch interfaces and the customer is looking to rewrite and instead use web services provided by External partner to exchange information on real time basis. Minimum required skills and experience: 7+ years: * Software development experience (portal application as well as client/server applications) 5+ years: * Development experience with Core Java, Java 8, Spring MVC, Sprint Boot, Hibernate, Tomcat, SOA, JSON, XML, and SOAP/REST web services * Experience in web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS3, and Bootstrap along with the modern and emerging frameworks that support these technologies * Experience in all phases of software development life cycle for all handling different types of requests (especially Core development Projects) * SQL experience 2+ years: * Experience in Global (onshore/offshore) delivery model Minimum of 1 project using DEVOPs CI/CD pipeline using tools like Maven, Jenkins etc. Degree: Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent work experience Nice to have skills and experience: * Health Care industry experience (especially Health care plans) * Microservices experience * Experience with AWS Lambda, Aurora DB and DynamoDB * Ability to multi-task and lead small development teams to ensure timely software development deliverables * Ability to perform coding, code reviews and troubleshoot all software development issues * Knowledge of configuring application in AWS cloud.
