Your Role:
We are seeking an expert Project Manager to lead all aspects of a diverse IT project, involving multiple IT disciplines, with subject matter expertise in revenue management processes within the US healthcare industry.
What You'll Be Doing:
Demonstrate proven technical knowledge and business acumen, possess strong knowledge of project development processes and/or SDLC, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities may evolve as the organizational strategy evolves. Candidates must be able to thrive in ambiguity and be responsible for the following:
Lead a large-scale project, or several smaller concurrent projects, successfully.
Run project results including technical solution, implementation, support, and quality.
Understand and participate in multiple phases of project implementation.
Collaborate with Portfolio teams, Application Owners, Enterprise Architecture, and various IT and business teams to prioritize work and schedules.
Frequently interact with and handle relationships with external partners.
Review project team deliverables to ensure quality (test results, etc.) and adherence to standards/regulatory requirements.
Interact with internal customers to understand their business needs and to respond to their needs based on technical knowledge.
Educate and influence others including project sponsors, other project managers, and project team resources.
Define and execute project plans and report project status, issues, progress, budget, etc. to senior leadership.
Demonstrate solid understanding of end-to-end customer contract administration processes and systems within the US healthcare environment.
Excellent understanding of contract pricing, fulfillment, rebates and chargeback processes.
Experience in managing product & pricing groups and customer membership assignment.
Solid experience with revenue management systems such as Model N or equivalent.
Serve as a subject matter expert in revenue management and augment knowledge with support from our partners as needed.
What You Need:
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
3-5+ years of technical experience including 5+ years of project leadership
5-7+ years domain expertise in revenue management systems
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus
SCM Scrum Certification is a plus
Strong knowledge of project development/implementation processes.
Solid presentation, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and influencing skills.
Consistent track record on successfully delivering projects.
Strong working knowledge of Systems Development Lifecycle and project management processes.
Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, negotiation and business acumen skills

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $136,000.00 to $187,000.00 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
