Position Overview:

Netskope's Global Services team is building out its project management practice. As an early hire/contributor, you'll have the opportunity to influence and build many of our PM-related processes. This role reports into Netskope's Global Services Project Management Office, serving both Training and Professional Services businesses.


  • Drive project kick-off activities, reporting and closure.

  • Act as escalation path for Professional Services projects to reset and clarify expectations.

  • Administration activities for Professional Services Automation tool and Learning Management System.

  • Oversee Netskope's customer deployment engagements from a technical project management capacity.

  • Schedule, oversee budget, report on risks, issues, and accomplishments.

  • Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal Netskope team members.

  • The voice of calm in the chaos and ability to thrive with competing priorities.

  • Provide regular project updates to customers and Netskope leadership.

  • Develop and manage internal customer-related processes regarding scheduling, finance, and resource management.

Required Experience and

  • Proficiency in written and spoken Spanish.

  • Prior Project Management experience in services business or team.

  • Prior experience with Fortune 500 companies.

  • Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills. Ability to self-manage and deliver results.

  • Practical knowledge within the network security and/or SaaS industry.

  • Proficient skill in presenting complex schedules and tracking.

  • PMP certification.

  • Bachelor's degree.


  • Experience and confidence working in remote environment.

  • Training in other project management methodologies.

  • Technical experience implementing network security and/or SaaS-based solutions.

  • Professional Services related experience.

  • Successful track record working within a successful startup(s).

Provides direct leadership to the Southwest Project Manager team. Partner with Regional Leadership, Store Team Leaders (Store Directors), Product Coordinators (Product Directors), as well as various other stakeholders through project planning and execution to ensure all regional projects are innovative, exceptional, on schedule, and within budget. Partner with contractors, architects, engineers and service providers to ensure strong communication and coordination, and high quality of execution. Responsibilities * Coordinate multiple, concurrent new store development and remodels with Construction Team, Coordinators and Store Team Leaders. * Represent the Whole Foods Market brand through high integrity, strong leadership, and passion for excellence and accountability. * Represent the perspective of internal and external stakeholders throughout all construction activities, ensuring high quality of execution, strong communication and planning, and timely response. * Provide outstanding leadership to SW project management team and all external partners and trades, including: delivery of clear expectations, timely follow-through, creating a culture of accountability, craftsmanship, and excellence. * Meet all financial, contractual, legal, safety/ risk management, and jurisdictional requirements, deadlines and expectations for SW projects - including management of B to A, coordination of MSAs and GMAX task orders for all projects, oversight of bid tab processes, timely RFI response and pay app resolution, effective management of change orders and value engineering, punch list resolution, oversight of 10 month warranty walks on new builds, ensuring proper documentation and communication flow through USGN, follow through on errors and omissions, and development of accurate estimates for projects under consideration. * Actively develop partnerships with contractors and trades to ensure that Whole Foods Market pays a fair market price for all construction projects. Provide ongoing improvements in cost to build, and a creative and solution-oriented approach to VE. * Oversight of all remodel activities, with a focus on: protecting product and minimizing disruption to sales, programming, customers and team members during execution. Partner with store leadership and support teams to communicate proactively with customer base regarding store changes. * Develop relationships with LL partners, ensuring strong coordination and documentation of all shell activity on new builds, including warranty follow through, schedule, and oversight of LL reimbursement process. * Work closely with Design Coordinator, Construction Coordinator and Equipment team to move through equipment and millwork design process efficiently, with a focus on accurate design, minimal changes, maintaining budget, and streamlined approvals. Ensure equipment delivery schedule is well coordinated and folded into all construction activities. * Work closely with Design Coordinator to successfully manage flow of PERF requests from stores and coordinators, along with incoming project requests from leadership team. * Other duties and special projects as assigned.
