Netskope's Global Services team is building out its project management practice. As an early hire/contributor, you'll have the opportunity to influence and build many of our PM-related processes. This role reports into Netskope's Global Services Project Management Office, serving both Training and Professional Services businesses.
Drive project kick-off activities, reporting and closure.
Act as escalation path for Professional Services projects to reset and clarify expectations.
Administration activities for Professional Services Automation tool and Learning Management System.
Oversee Netskope's customer deployment engagements from a technical project management capacity.
Schedule, oversee budget, report on risks, issues, and accomplishments.
Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal Netskope team members.
The voice of calm in the chaos and ability to thrive with competing priorities.
Provide regular project updates to customers and Netskope leadership.
Develop and manage internal customer-related processes regarding scheduling, finance, and resource management.
Proficiency in written and spoken Spanish.
Prior Project Management experience in services business or team.
Prior experience with Fortune 500 companies.
Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills. Ability to self-manage and deliver results.
Practical knowledge within the network security and/or SaaS industry.
Proficient skill in presenting complex schedules and tracking.
Experience and confidence working in remote environment.
Training in other project management methodologies.
Technical experience implementing network security and/or SaaS-based solutions.
Professional Services related experience.
Successful track record working within a successful startup(s).
