The Growth Initiatives team drives growth through operational efficiency with the goal of doubling the capacity of our organization every two years. By leading and facilitating all aspects of change and continuous improvement initiatives within the Vendor Management Division, this team directly impacts Vendor Management, Supply Chain, Marketplace, Software & Technology, and Finance.
As Senior Project Manager, you will:
Lead a high-performing team of Project Managers and Coordinators.
Drive results, track and measure project successes through on-time delivery and business impacts over time.
Establish and maintain best PMO practices and increase the effectiveness of our organization through the project management team.
Develop and manage the execution of strategic initiatives via PMO.
Help build a culture of accountability, urgency, and high performance.
Be a sounding board and strategic partner to stakeholders helping prioritize initiatives.
Lead team leadership and facilitation skills to work across teams/departments to remove obstacles and achieve business objectives.
Build trust with department heads, CEO, Sr/Category Directors, Sr. Product Managers, and helping us manage through change.
Apply project and change management methodologies to drive project completion.
Develop partnerships within the organization to engage in cross-functional business initiatives.
Have department impact via PMO will include: Vendor Management, Business Development, Supply Chain, Marketplaces, Technology, and Finance.
Who you are:
7+ years of project/program management office leadership.
3+ years leading organizational change management strategy and execution.
Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple initiatives concurrently and building PMO processes and tools.
Unit Appreciation Rights: Up to 5% of yearly salary; based upon company and team performance
