This position can be located in Arlington, VA, Harrisonburg, VA or Seattle, WA.

About the Role

  • Driving program and project definition with multiple iterations until projects support the business case and desired outcomes.

  • Managing all aspects of multiple cross-functional projects from concept through delivery.

  • Leading projects and teams in a transparent and productive way, by applying project management best practices.

  • Build and own the project plan by identifying matrixed team members' work estimates, dependencies, and delivery dates & merging into a comprehensive work plan. Monitor and control the plan and own escalation of deviations from it. Manage to resolution.

  • Developing and adapting project communication styles/plans to fit varying needs across initiatives.

  • Communicate formally and informally through existing or new forums to stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.

  • Provide thought leadership to further develop and maintain PMO processes, templates, and programs.

  • Demonstrate an ongoing commitment to professional growth in program/project management and other key areas.

About You

Initiative: Reporting to the Director of Project Management, you will need to bring an innovative approach to solving complex matters. You will take initiative to partner with stakeholders from across the organization to determine project needs & manage to delivery.

Accountability: You will be responsible for building and maintaining project plans, proactively managing cross-functional teams and driving them to achieve project objectives. You will provide project reporting to all levels of the organization on a regular basis.

Adaptability: You are excellent at learning on the fly and comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment. Whether you are working on a strategic business initiative, negotiating with potential partners or providing insight and information to our executive team, you are rarely flustered, always professional and polished in your approach.

Collaboration: You will be comfortable working with a wide variety of departments and personalities. You will be working with teams that have widely varying internal processes and will have the ability to pull these processes together into a comprehensive project story/plan.

Your Experience

  • 6+ years of relevant experience working in the technology project management field.

  • Experience working across multiple agile scrum teams to pull together the comprehensive project plan

  • Experience working in Smartsheet, Confluence, JIRA, Google tools, MS Office suite.

  • Mobile, Web, eCommerce, ERP project experience preferred.

  • Experienced at partnering with Business Leaders to develop business strategy.

  • PMP certification preferred, but not required.

VIEW JOBS 10/16/2019 12:00:00 AM 2020-01-14T00:00 Overview The Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, supporting their branch and rental needs. The CAR Sr will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide administrative support, service customers, and act as a rental back-up in a large home city branch or airport location. This is a part time position that will report to the Shenandoah airport location. The pay is $10.25/hour for 25-30 hours a week. Responsibilities * Take incoming calls- reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops and other vendors * Manage outgoing calls for callback management, A/Rs and miscellaneous calls as assigned * Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone * Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner * Provide directions and general assistance * Assist to assess condition of rental upon return * Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions * Effectively market the company while picking up customers up and/or dropping off customer in a safe and courteous manner and assisting customers as needed * Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services * May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment * Responsible for notifying Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance * Clean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment when needed * Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer billing * Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned Equal Opportunity Employer - Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled Qualifications * Must be at least 18 years old * Must have at least 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience * Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 convicted moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years * No drug, alcohol related, reckless, or 6 point convictions on driving record in the past 3 years * Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. * Apart from religious observation, must be able to work the following schedule(s): Monday - Friday: 6pm-12am Enterprise Holdings Harrisonburg VA
