Responsible for the planning and delivery of business processes specific to product development, product delivery and ongoing product supportability through deployment activities. This role requires an individual who is able lead by example rather than by dictate and know how to bring out the best in people. Candidate must not be afraid to deal with conflicts and must know when its good to say No and when to push for further results.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assembles development project team, assigns individual responsibilities, and identifies appropriate resources needed from all product release stakeholders.
Develops schedule, coordinates activities and manages development project to ensure objectives are known, milestones are set and timely completion of projects is achieved.
Prepare and maintain process documents.
Maintain relevant metrics that help the team determine strength and growth opportunities
Liaise between internal and external customers to foster better communication between all product deployment resources.
Strengthen the presence of the team through positive outcomes.
Actively contribute to the companys agile culture.
Keep the rest of the company network aware of our activities
Associates degree or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of the software development life cycle
Knowledge and/or experience of some or all Greenway Products
Excellent communication skills in English in written and spoken form
One to three years experience working in an Agile environment, preferably in a variety of situations
One to three years experience in software project coordination or customer service experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Visio and Excel, good oral and written communication skills, and strong problem solving skills.
SharePoint, Team Foundation Server and Visual Studio knowledge a plus
Knowledge of VersionOne, Intergy Suite, PrimeSUITE, SuccessEHS, RCM, Patient Portals, Interoperability, HL7, or other Greenway software products and solutions is a bonus
Government programs, i.e. Meaningful Use, PQRS, PCMH, and ICD-10 knowledge a plus
Managing a multi-disciplinary project team via influence is required
Work Environment/Physical Demands
While at work, this position is primarily a sedentary job and requires that the associate can work in an environment where they will consistently be seated for the majority of the work day
This role requires that one can sit and regularly type on a key board the majority of their work day
This position requires the ability to observe a computer screen for long periods of time to observe their own and others work, as well as, in-coming and out-going communications via the computer and/ or mobile devices
The role necessitates the ability to listen and speak clearly to customers and other associates
The work environment is an open room with other associates and noise from others will be part of the regular work day
