Job Summary
Responsible for the planning and delivery of business processes specific to product development, product delivery and ongoing product supportability through deployment activities. This role requires an individual who is able lead by example rather than by dictate and know how to bring out the best in people. Candidate must not be afraid to deal with conflicts and must know when its good to say No and when to push for further results.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Assembles development project team, assigns individual responsibilities, and identifies appropriate resources needed from all product release stakeholders.
Develops schedule, coordinates activities and manages development project to ensure objectives are known, milestones are set and timely completion of projects is achieved.
Prepare and maintain process documents.
Maintain relevant metrics that help the team determine strength and growth opportunities
Liaise between internal and external customers to foster better communication between all product deployment resources.
Strengthen the presence of the team through positive outcomes.
Actively contribute to the companys agile culture.
Keep the rest of the company network aware of our activities

Education
Associates degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge of the software development life cycle

Knowledge and/or experience of some or all Greenway Products
Excellent communication skills in English in written and spoken form
One to three years experience working in an Agile environment, preferably in a variety of situations
One to three years experience in software project coordination or customer service experience

Skills/Requirements

Skills/Knowledge

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Visio and Excel, good oral and written communication skills, and strong problem solving skills.
SharePoint, Team Foundation Server and Visual Studio knowledge a plus
Knowledge of VersionOne, Intergy Suite, PrimeSUITE, SuccessEHS, RCM, Patient Portals, Interoperability, HL7, or other Greenway software products and solutions is a bonus
Government programs, i.e. Meaningful Use, PQRS, PCMH, and ICD-10 knowledge a plus
Managing a multi-disciplinary project team via influence is required

Work Environment/Physical Demands

While at work, this position is primarily a sedentary job and requires that the associate can work in an environment where they will consistently be seated for the majority of the work day
This role requires that one can sit and regularly type on a key board the majority of their work day
This position requires the ability to observe a computer screen for long periods of time to observe their own and others work, as well as, in-coming and out-going communications via the computer and/ or mobile devices
The role necessitates the ability to listen and speak clearly to customers and other associates
The work environment is an open room with other associates and noise from others will be part of the regular work day

Primary Duties and Responsibilities The Medical Project Manager, Healthcare Specialist performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following: Plan the project * Consult with the client, in collaboration with the Client Care Team, to define the scope, feasibility and project viability for L&E Research. Pre project award, this will include, but is not limited to client education, patient advocacy, expectation setting, delivery of solutions and coordination with other members of the team to prepare for project award and assignment. * Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project * Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project * Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities * Review the project schedule with the Project Director, Project Management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required * Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion Staff the project * In consultation with the Recruiter Manager/Recruiting Supervisor, assign staff to recruit * Manage project staff and/or volunteers according to the established policies and practices of the organization * Ensure that all project personnel receive an appropriate briefing Implement the project * Execute the project according to the project plan * Develop forms and records to document project activities * Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured * Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project * Establish a communication schedule to update clients including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project * Review the quality of the work completed with the project team at the end of each project to ensure that it meets the project standards Control the project * Write reports on the project for Project Directors and clients * Communicate with clients as outlined in bid agreements * Monitor and approve all budgeted project expenditures * Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management on a study to study basis * Manage all project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures * Ensure that all financial records for the project are up to date * Prepare financial reports and supporting documentation for clients as outlined in bid agreements Evaluate the project * Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality * Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase Qualifications Education * Two or four year degree in nursing required. Experience * Minimum of five years clinical/bedside nursing care experience within the past 10 years. Knowledge, skills and abilities * Knowledge of current medical-surgical healthcare standards of care.
